02How we work

• Vendor-neutral. We carry no sales quotas and earn nothing from commissions — we do not recommend hardware we would not put in our own rack.
• We say when the answer is no. Some workloads are cheaper and steadier on hardware you own, and we say so before the migration rather than after the first invoice.
• Restores, not backups. A backup that has never been restored is only an assumption, so we test ours by restoring them.
• Built as code. Environments that rebuild from a repository instead of from memory.
• Documentation stays with you. We run the systems under a support contract or hand them to your team in full — no lock-in either way.
